This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided for our subscription and cloud credit services.
Subscription Refunds
- General Eligibility: Refunds are available only for the ScientiFlow product subscription that provides access to the platform and its features. Refunds are not applicable for cloud usage or compute charges, as those are billed separately based on consumption.
- Refund Window: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment, provided you have not consumed any ScientiFlow Cloud credits during this period. If cloud credits have been used, refund eligibility will be calculated only for the unused portion of your subscription.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel after the 14-day refund period, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no refund will be issued for the remaining period. Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew automatically, and no further charges will occur.
Cloud Credits Refunds
- General Policy: Cloud credits purchased for ScientiFlow Cloud are non-refundable once consumed. Refunds are available only for unused cloud credits if the refund request is made within the permitted timeframe.
- Refund Window: You may request a refund for unused cloud credits within 14 days of purchase. If no credits have been used, the entire amount will be refunded. If some credits have been consumed, a partial refund will be issued for the remaining unused credits, calculated on a pro-rata basis.
Processing Time
Approved refunds (for subscriptions or cloud credits) will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be credited to your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing timelines.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at kamaleshdamodaran@scientiflow.com with your account details, payment reference, and reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.
Changes to This Policy
ScientiFlow (operated by Kamalesh Software Services) reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any updates to this policy will be communicated via email and will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
